Location was amazing, not to loud but not to far away from the sea front, the free breakfast was lovely, but I would say extend the time from 8-9 to probably 10. Staff was lovely could not ask for anything more. Well done

Booked this hotel quite last minute only paid £67 for a family room for myself, my partner and 2 children. Read online reviews after booking and they were mainly negative so didn’t have high hopes. When we got there we were greeted by a lovely man on reception very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated inside. Our room had a double bed and 2 single beds for the children en suite bathroom really clean all we needed was a bed for the night and for the price you can’t go wrong TV that connected to Netflix/disney plus for the kids within walking distance of Skegness pier.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Super polite, very helpful. The bed was low to the ground but very comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning and well decorated as was our room. We loved the lock system for the door, it felt very secure.

Excellent price even for November. Great location being very close to the front. Very friendly & polite gent to welcome us in & book us out. We had a Premier Suite which offered a small lounge with seating, television & tea/coffee making facilities and a full size fridge/freezer. There was a bathroom suite with bath & walk in shower & finally a double bedroom also with television. The detail of clean was missing a little but it was still clean & the towels & bed linen were beautifully clean. Would definitely return. 😊

Nice modern hotel friendly staff and very polite Rooms basic and clean comfortable bed & great value for money If I could make a suggestion maybe turn on the radiator before guest arrives if the room is pre booked as it was really cold it did heat up pretty quick once we turned the radiator on but it would have been a much nicer feeling walking into a warmer room than the ice cold we did, also maybe a little bin in the toilet this is more consideration of ladies Overall good stay would use again

We asked for as few steps as possible and that’s what we got. Great area big family room. The host was great very attentive. Always asked if we needed anything, carried our bags. Lovely man

Staff go out of there way ti help you if you need something they were available 24/7 and there in a minute to help , about a 3 minute walk to everything and just everything we needed . Only thing is it’s lift or pram friendly but they kept our pram in a safe Place and we carried the baby up so not really an issue for us

Perfect location for the pier and beach just a short 3 min walk down the same street the hotel is on, hotel staff was perfect really helpful and also went above and beyond to help you even carried luggage to the room which was really helpful with been a single parent with 3 children..... Definitely recommend people to stay here and will definitely be booking to come back

The staff were absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We were the last guests before they closed for the winter and a refurb. We felt welcome, comfortable and the location is absolutely superb. We had booked for a show at the Embassy Theatre (Fairy Tale of New York) and the show was brilliant and the location meant we could walk there. All in all we had a lovely stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.
